Work

I’m a freelance content marketer and editor. My clients include tech companies and organizations in data privacy, education, publishing, non-profit, transportation, and human resources, among other industries.

Before this, I worked on the marketing team at Commsor, writing about product and community.

In another lifetime, I was a shipping lawyer working on wet and dry litigation and arbitration cases. Not shipping finance, though. Numbers are not my friend.

I’m a remote work advocate and have worked with clients and coworkers from California to Australia. I’m also a member of The Digital Marketing Union, a global community of independent digital marketers.

Outside of work, you can find me reading a book (preferably crime fiction) or at the gym.

I love taking photos but don’t get much time to do so these days. My favourite places to take photos are gatherings or events, when I can capture candid photos of people just being themselves (pro tip: wear black to blend in to the background and nobody notices the photographer).
