Executive coach Sonali Sinha founded Soaring Eagles in India in 2015 and was setting up her practice in Singapore, where she had moved in 2020. She needed our help to develop its brand identity, positioning, and content strategy and then align the website to reflect these objectives.

The key goals we had to achieve were to create awareness about Sonali and Soaring Eagles and to optimise their online presence.

I worked with the Bokaap team to interview Sonali, create customer personas, and conduct competitor analysis and a SWOT analysis. We learned that what differentiates Sonali from other executive coaches is her professional experience as an investment banker, entrepreneur, and coach.

Rather than focus on Soaring Eagles as a company with Sonali as its founder, we positioned Sonali as the face and driving force behind Soaring Eagles.

I created a communication and content marketing strategy that included brand voice and tone guidelines, Soaring Eagles’ and Sonali’s LinkedIn profiles, and ideas for guest posting.

For the new website’s blog, I first conducted a content audit of the existing blog to see which posts to migrate to the new website. Then, I created a detailed blogging strategy, including categories, a suggested posting schedule, content ideas, and a checklist for SEO optimisation. I structured and wrote the website copy focusing on how Sonali can help CXOs and business owners.

We hit a few snags because of COVID-19, but we didn’t let that stop us. Working from home, we successfully launched the website that Sonali tells us is being well-received.
